Very unprofessional way of handling/managing her bookings. I booked 3 days in advance for a 2 hour session, and on the date of meeting, after getting dressed up and ready to go, I called her an hour before to confirm as she requested, only to be told she has forgotten about about my booking and has already taken another booking. "Sorry I forgot" was all she said - nothing more, nothing less. No consolation whatsoever, no offers of guaranteed appointment at a different date. And I find it hard to believe one could even forget about a 2 hour session booking. I would've understood if she cancelled my booking to make room for a favored client, but failing to inform me of the cancellation made me feel I've been stood up and it literally pisses me off. Not so "high class" after all...
